   I ordered my initiale 2022 and received it in July 2023. I was looking for a guitar for my metal hardcore project, so something modern and uncompromising. I have a few Fenders and I admit I have a soft spot for their ergonomics. So I took the plunge with Marceau, who made me the guitar I wanted.initiale a perfect blend of Tele and Strat. In HS configuration, it is very versatile. And aesthetically, it's a real showstopper! Everything is top notch: the finish, the hardware (Hipshot), the Pickups amazing personality, the zero fret idéale big palm mutes on open strings... In short, there's not much to complain about.
   All this for less than €2,000, made in France—what more could you ask for?
   It's an excellent guitar!

   As a fan of T-shape guitars but well versed in metal, I contacted Tom in August 2023 to order an Initiale HS configuration, with his brand new Pickup in the bridge position.
   It was a very agréable first contact agréable Tom is passionate about his work, opens his workshop to visitors, and is generous with advice on wood selection, finishes, and options.
   I received the guitar five months later, and it was absolutely perfect! A mahogany monster with exemplary comfort, high-end hardware, and Pickups really rock!

   This week I received my initiale swamp ash, in SS configuration.
   Top-notch ergonomics, the Neck incredibly agréable, the body is beautiful, very slim and very compact.
   A pleasure to play (and to look at).
