Eric G -
As the proud owner of a rather special version (3 mini-humbucker houses with 3 position selector, but 2 volumes, 1 for treble and bass and 1 for middle, allowing HH or HHH type combinations) in Goldtop relic finish, I love everything about this guitar, so much so that one day I know I'll have an HH version, that's for sure.
The neck is absolutely top-notch, I'd been able to refine the profile to my liking with Tom, and the tuning is just right (and that was before the PLEK), the strings are very close to the neck, but all in perfect playable condition for big bends and other vibratos.
In fact, we have a perfect mix of tradition and modernity, a sort of PRS Single Cut fine, but with a conductive neck, zero fret etc... And, at a contained price, all 100% made in France...
Because, once again, if you compare the quality/price ratio, we're talking very, very high-end, for not even the price of a Gibs Std...
